Will of Suicide Victim

What is the status of a will if suicide is involved? M.

What is the status of a will if suicide is involved?  M.

The will still stands, unless it is proven that when the will was made the person was not in their right mind.  If, for example, the will was made a good time before the sad suicide that followed, it is likely to be perfectly valid.  If, however, somebody made a will and then immediately committed suicide, relatives might argue that the will was made - as the law puts it - “when the balance of his/her mind was impaired”.
