International Cases
We are presently advising our US, French and Thai affilliates on possible Irish jurisdiction in the Phukett Air Crash. On 16th September 2007, a McDonnell Douglas MD-82 aircraft, operated by Thai budget airline One-Two-Go Airlines, departed Bangkok-Don Muang Airport, for a domestic flight to Phuket (HKT) Airport and crashed on landing. Of the 130 people on board, 89 were killed and the rest injured. There were four Irish on board.

We are currently advising on a catastrophic fatal road traffic accident case in Romania, involving Irish residents and which for jurisdictional reasons, is to be litigated in a court in Milan, Italy.
We are advising Irish clients in connection with two separate multi-million dollar property fraud cases in Florida - one in Kissimmee and one in Port Charlotte.
We have advised a Canadian Provincial Government on draft legislation for Tax Designation for the purpose of establishing a Tax Driven Construction building programme.
We have advised the former Chief justice of Romania on international standards for Child Adoption procedures.
We have advised the Ukranian Authorities on the requirements of the Hague Convention regarding correct Notarial practice for document certification by Notaries' Public.
Through our affiliation in the Global Justice Network, we can advise and represent any Irish client in most countries of the world and similarly, we can act in Ireland for overseas clients in the Irish Courts.
